Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani filed for divorce in the Bandra family court on October 19. Now a leading daily has reported that the ex-couple, who had announced their separation in a joint statement early this January, arrived at the court for a counselling session. They were then given the mandatory six-months waiting period. Now they will appear in front of the court in April and decide whether they still want to divorce. We believe no allegations have been made by either party in the filed petition. It’s learnt that Adhuna will get a one-time full alimony. And Farhan will get unrestricted access to his daughters Akira and Shakya, whose custody will remain with Adhuna. Besides, Farhan will also invest money for the kids’ future. The couple, it’s believed will be granted a divorce on April 24 when they appear in court after six months.
